I really enjoyed the 92+ health the first day I took it. I was able to take it on an empty stomach and it was very soothing to my body, the next day I took it I was still able to take it on an empty stomach however, I was a little jittery with out eating something. So had to eat something. it made me feel like I had to get up and move around it gave me a little jitters again and it had my heart racing I felt like I couldn’t stay still, need to move my body and that was just taking one tablet, but after a week I think my body got used to taking them and I didn’t feel so antsy.
